My problem with a couple of articles and links I posted

I have problems with two of the articles/links I recently published.
One had atrocious spelling and grammar and a visible lack of editing. That article also had some reader comments that were overtly hostile, rude and racist. I know in America we are allowed our opinions, no matter how absurd or nasty, but a good site editor should prune the more offensive comments and that includes racist and hateful posts which add nothing but anger to the discussion.
The other article was essentially a good article but a portion of the article was nothing more than an advertising pitch for the site's products. I know the site is going to advertise their wares, but they should avoid using half of an otherwise timely and informative article for product pitches.
I apologize to any of my readers who were offended by these articles.
The mentioned articles contained much timely and valid information but had the above problems and I regret that my readers had to deal with those problems.
